The ideal Commercial Roofer must meet the following qualifications:
- Basic construction knowledge-Preferred but not required.
- Interest in learning with on-the-job training to stay current with the latest commercial roofing knowledge and construction laborer safety.
- Possess a strong work ethic, be dependable and able to consistently be at work on time and ready to tackle the day
- Be presentable and professional with clients and colleagues
- Desire to work as a team
- Eager to start a career with a company that is willing to invest in your future through training, opportunities to advance, and excellent benefits.
- Be eligible to work in the United States and have a valid driver’s license.

Salary: Starting $20.00/hour
WNC Roofing is growing and we are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Roof Repair Technician to lead our Repair Team. You will work with the Head of Service and our valued customers by responding to repair calls. Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3 years of construction experience, with at least 1 year of commercial roofing systems.
- Experience with Single Ply, Liquid Applied, Metal, and Shingles.
- Desire to stay current with the latest commercial roofing knowledge.
- Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve, and think outside of the box.
- Possess a strong work ethic.
- Be presentable and professional with clients and colleagues
- Willingness to use technology to enhance job quality and streamline communications.
- OSHA 10 trained (WNC Roofing can supply)
- Knowledge of safety techniques and procedures.
- Ability to be a team leader.
- Be eligible to work in the United States and have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
