FIRST at Blue Ridge is a North Carolina Licensed Peer Led – Peer driven, 12 Step Based, Modified Therapeutic Community with an Intensive Clinical Overlay.
FIRST is a residential therapeutic community for individuals with chronic substance use disorders and provides transitional housing, group counseling, self-help meetings, case management, job-placement assistance, and other services to individuals struggling with addiction, homelessness, unemployment and involvement with the criminal justice system.
Fully Adhered TPO System
For their new roofing system, WNC Roofing removed the existing system down to the built-up roof (BUR). From there, we provided and installed a new ADHERED engineered tapered insulation package to eliminate standing water. The taper was 1/8″ slope per foot diverting water towards the eaves.
We also installed new tapered crickets behind the chimney.
After the tapered ISO was installed, we fully adhered a new Carlisle white 60 Mil TPO roof.
At the roof’s eaves, we installed new white heavey-duty 25-gauge commercial grade box gutters at 7″ and new white aluminum 3″x4″ downspouts. Also there was new white TPO coated drip edge with fully welded clad drip edge.
This project came with a 20-year manufacture labor and material warranty.
