New .60 Mil TPO Roof Membrane
WNC Roofing removed the existing roof membrane down to the insulation. We also removed and recycled the existing edge metal. In order to prevent ponding of water that can deteriorate the new membrane, new tapered crickets behind the curbs, between drains, and HVAC units were installed.
WNC Roofing fastened existing insulation per manufacture’s specifications and removed, raised, and reinstalled vents as county code requires. The new Carlisle white .60 mil TPO roof membrane was mechanically fastened to the roof deck. To help prevent damage of the roof, we installed a TPO walk pad for access to HVAC units at each access point.
This beautiful Carlisle TPO system comes with a 20 year labor and material warranty.
