ModBox Ballast Shift EPDM Roof Replacement
We performed a roof replacement project in High Point, NC for ModBox.
This replacement was a ballast shift with a new 60 Mil EPDM membrane. We move the ballast to one side before installing the membrane.
Before moving the ballast over the new EPDM, we installed a Carlisle protection fabric. This helps protect the new EPDM by giving a barrier between it and the ballast.
In addition, new skylights were installed and replaced 30 sheets of polyiso insulation to match the existing iso.
