Large Warehouse Roof Replacement

We performed a full tear off and roof replacement for our client in Greenville, SC. The clients roof was at the end of its life for the whole building. Replacing the roof was a priority since he was looking to add solar panels soon.

This replacement was a complete tear down to the decking and replacing with 150,000 square feet of 60-mil Carlisle TPO, insulation, and needed edge metal and walk pads. New decking was needed in places from years of leaks.

This project was a large one that we completed in stages. Waste was cut down by recycling the original coping on the parapet walls. Cracks in the walls were fixed and then covered with TPO. Look below to see the projects progression and enjoy the view of the final product with solar panels on it.
