We’re excited to unveil our commercial roof replacement project at Fukoku America in Laurens, Sc. This industrial re-roof project included the removal of a 100,000+ square foot ballast roof system which was then replaced it with a 60 Mil PVC membrane from Carlisle SynTec Systems. Additionally, we installed new tapered crickets to eliminate water ponding and replaced all scuppers and conductor heads to ensure efficient and water-tight drainage.
This new commercial roofing system for Fukoku America’s industrial facility comes complete with a 20-year warranty on materials and labor.
